Refund, Returns & Exchanges
Our refund policy lasts for 14 days after your order has arrived. if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can follow our returns process in order for a refund to be issued.
Refunds will automatically be issued if your order does not arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Refunds are also issued on orders lost or stolen during the shipping process.
Note: Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the order
Refunds are not issued on the following
Items visibly worn or damaged after being delivered
Claims summited after 14 days of being delivered
Returns are only accepted if the item is new condition with no visible signs of wear and damage in order to begin the return process simply e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will send you the return address. once we receive your items we will issue a you a refund. only the item purchase price before shipping can be refunded as well return shipping
March 1st 2022 Update: Any Returns that are subjected to customs fees will be automatically sent back to the customer. Failure to properly declare the items in your order will void the return and refund policy. GP Lifestyle INC will not be able to refund any customs or shipping fees either party is charged with from the shipping carrier of their choice. Currently we are not accepting returns from any orders from UPS due to high shipping and Customs fees
We currently do not offer any exchanges on items. We highly advise you to double-check your sizing before placing an order and to check out our "sizing info" page for more information on finding your proper size
